Processing timelines, shipping estimates, tracking, discreet packaging, and customs responsibility.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to reach you during peak holiday seasons.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Some products may be listed as Backordered when they are temporarily unavailable for immediate shipment. Backordered products may still be purchased to reserve the item in advance.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, backordered products are estimated to ship within approximately 2–4 weeks after the order is placed and any required provider review or approval is completed.
This timeframe is an estimate and refers to when the order is expected to ship, not when it will be delivered. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.
If we determine that a backordered item cannot ship within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
To protect your privacy, all our products are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The exterior of the package will not indicate the contents of your order.
Apex Wellness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, and similar charges.
