Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of compounded products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles of TriMix or QuadMix to ensure the safety and integrity of our supply.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
